Cedar Shores Cabins on Higgins Lake

Cedar Shores Cabins are located on the beautiful west and northwest shores of crystal clear Higgins Lake in Northern Michigan – five miles west of Roscommon.

We have small, medium, and large cottages available for daily, weekend or weekly rental – twelve months a year. Every cabin is situated in a lovely wooded setting with breathtaking lake views. But don’t let the rustic environment fool you – each cottage features full modern amenities including cable TV and dishwashers.

Voted the sixth most beautiful lake in the entire world – Higgins Lake was formed as a glacial ice sheet retreated. The Cut River connects Marl Lake to Higgins Lake, providing ample opportunity to fish for perch, trout and pike. Two state parks and public access points provide excellent beach facilities, camping, launch sites, hiking trails and cross country skiing.
